Research Data Management (CRC814) (2020-2023)
The main goals of this topic within CRC814 Additive Manufacturing are to implement an easy-to-use yet powerful tool for managing research data in mechanical engineering and materials science. Due to the large amount of research data in the areas of materials science, manufacturing, and simulation, the development of a virtual research data platform will allow for greatly improved communication between participants as well as the research community and the development of FAIR data as the cornerstone of future research. This project is directly supported by the Central Institute for Scientific Computing (CSC).
The project is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) through the Collaborative Research Center 814 (CRC814).
